Terms of Use
Scope of service
Eastbridge Recoveries receives commercial business-to-business claims, assesses and manages them, and refers recovery and litigation work to partner advocates. Eastbridge Recoveries does not itself provide legal representation.
No advocate-client relationship
Submitting a claim does not create an advocate-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only on separate engagement with an advocate.
No guarantee of recovery
Recovery is not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on the debtor's circumstances, the documentation available and the applicable forum.
Accuracy and authority
You confirm at submission that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to pursue the claim. Claims may be declined or closed where this is not the case.
Acceptance of claims
A submitted claim is not active until it has been reviewed and accepted. Acceptance is recorded in the platform with the name of the reviewer and the time.
Money and remittance
Recovered funds are recorded as client funds, separately from company revenue, and are remitted in accordance with the agreed fee arrangement. Remittance requires preparation and approval by two different users.
Platform use
Access credentials are personal. Activity in the platform is logged. Misuse, including attempts to access claims belonging to other organisations, will result in withdrawal of access.
