A claims desk between creditors and Kenyan recovery work

Eastbridge Recoveries is a Kenyan company that receives business-to-business commercial debt claims from foreign and local creditors. We handle intake, documentation, case tracking, reporting and the money ledger for each claim.

Recovery and litigation are carried out by partner advocates and firms to whom claims are referred. Their actions, letters and litigation stages are recorded in the platform so that the creditor has a single, current view of the file.

We do not handle consumer debt. We do not pursue claims outside a documented commercial relationship, and we do not promise outcomes: recovery depends on the debtor, the documentation and the forum.

How client funds are held

Money recovered on a claim is recorded separately from company revenue. Every ledger entry is append-only: corrections are made by posting a reversal or adjustment that references the original entry and carries a reason. A payment counts as verified only when a finance user confirms it, and a remittance to a client requires one person to prepare it and a different person to approve it.
